SilverVox Speaker Submission Application

SilverVox Film + Music Festival is curating its 2026 IDEAS lineup—talks, panels, workshops, and conversations that bring filmmakers, musicians, and audiences into the same room. If you have a topic that’s practical, inspiring, surprising, or urgent—and you can deliver it with clarity and energy—we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for speakers who can teach, challenge, and spark great conversation in a live festival setting about creativity and the creative industry.

When: June 18–21, 2026
Where: Downtown Frederick, MD (multiple venues)
What: Talks, panels, workshops, and live conversations focused on film, music, creativity, craft, and the business of making work.

Please share your topic, your approach, and what you want the audience to walk away with by completing the form below. We review every submission with open minds—and we’re especially interested in sessions that feel made for an in-person room (interactive, story-driven, and audience-forward). 

Our Process & Communication

Our programming team personally reviews each proposal. Due to the high volume of submissions, we’re only able to follow up directly with speakers we’re considering for this year’s lineup. We appreciate your understanding—and encourage you to keep creating and sharing your work. 

What We Need From You

To help us evaluate your session, please provide:

• Your Session Concept: Title + format (talk / panel / workshop) + a concise description
• Your Takeaway: What attendees will learn, feel, or be able to do afterward
• Your Background: Short bio + relevant links (website, work samples, socials)
• Panel Info (if applicable): Names + bios of proposed panelists, and who will moderate
• A/V + Room Needs: Any tech requirements or interactive components
• Availability: Which festival days/times you can do

Speaker Agreement

All selected artists will receive a detailed performance agreement. Terms are finalized upon offer and acceptance on an individual basis during the booking process.

* By submitting this form, you represent and warrant that you are the exclusive owner and/or authorized representative of the submitted material and have the full right and authority to grant the permissions herein. You hereby grant SilverVox Festival ability to review the submitted material solely for the internal purpose of evaluating your application. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SilverVox Festival, its affiliates, and its representatives from any and all third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from or related to a breach of the foregoing warranty or your submission.
