Her leadership in brand strategy, fundraising, and multi-stakeholder collaboration is driving SilverVox toward becoming the East Coast’s next major cultural institution.
Clark Kline
Festival Co-Founder & Creative Director

For 20 years, Clark Kline has produced 72 Film Fest one of Frederick’s most beloved and enduring film festivals, cultivating a thriving community of independent filmmakers and audiences. His deep experience in festival design, storytelling, and cultural programming provides the backbone of SilverVox’s film identity and creative vision.
Dan Silver
Music Programming Director & Industry Relations

Dan Silver, a record producer with 25+ years in the Hollywood music and entertainment industry, and most notably curating the acclaimed Southwest Invasion festival during SXSW in partnership with Whole Foods. A Gold Telly Award–winning producer with major credits across film, TV, gaming, and global brands, Dan positions SilverVox to attract world-class musical talent and industry leaders.
Walter Chalkley
Film Programming Director & International Programming

With experience producing 16 international film festivals, many multi-venue, with U.S. premieres, international guests, and educational tracks. Walter brings unmatched expertise in festival operations and global programming. His leadership ensures SilverVox is built to meet true international standards from year one.
Jeffery Keilholtz
Creative Consultant & Performing Arts Strategy

Jeffery Keilholtz is an award-winning producer, writer, and creative strategist whose work spans Broadway theater, film, live events, and community arts innovation. His ability to merge creative direction with civic engagement adds depth and dimension to SilverVox’s performing arts and community integration efforts.
Melissa Wintringham

An actor and producer originally from the Midwest, Melissa first launched her entertainment career in Los Angeles. Working across film, music videos, branded content, and live large-scale and celebrity events. She pairs an artist-first perspective with a strong talent for logistics and execution. A natural collaborator with a passion for storytelling and community-building. Melissa is thrilled to help bring the SilverVox Film & Music Festival to life.

Eduardo Sanchez
Filmmaker

Eduardo Sanchez was born in Cuba in 1968. He studied television at Montgomery College in Rockville, MD and film at the University of Central Florida in 1994.
It was at UCF where Eduardo met his Haxan Films partners and in 1998 he co-wrote and co-directed THE BLAIR WITCH PROJECT. He went on to helm various indie features before moving into television, directing such shows as SUPERNATURAL, LUCIFER, QUEEN OF THE SOUTH, Ryan Murphy’s AMERICAN HORROR STORIES and the season 1 finale of YELLOWJACKETS. He recently worked on STAR TREK: STRANGE NEW WORLDS and directed a segment of the new horror anthology feature, SATANIC HISPANICS, which won the best horror director award at the 2022 FANTASTIC FEST.
